15/05/2012 - Issues today involving our primary web and mail server may have affected some clients and caused unavailability around midday. We can confirm that all services are back to normal now. Any client who still has problems please contact your Alphastone representative immediately.

11/05/2012 - The new bulletin system is now live. All service updates to Alphastone web services will be posted here, as well as critical service updates being sent out by email.

08/05/2012 - We can confirm GMail and Sky now receive mail fine.

05/05/2012 - The blacklist issue has been resolved. Any customers who are having mail from their domain marked as spam, please launch a support ticket.

05/05/2012 - We have been informed our mail servers are on the Barricuda blacklist. We have launched an appeal, and have been told that it could be up to 24 hours until we are removed. During this time, mail sent may arrive in the "Junk" or "Spam" folder. Please inform any recipients beforehand if possible.

04/05/2012 - Our mail server may have been unreachable externally for a few hours today. We can confirm all mail now sends/receives as normal, and no user change is needed.
